The main point from this video that I thought was interesting was when Chris talks about leading or the lack thereof. People notice both. (that's at 0:50) Get the poison out of the company.

KRA = Key Results Area, which are kind of like the job description or duties. But Chris explains them another way as being the way the team member can see if they are winning or not.
